Position Overview:

Coming hot off of our Series A raise, we are looking for a seasoned e-commerce sales executive to help drive our merchant acquisition strategy and creating growth with merchants in the IR400. You will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy, launching new products, and helping merchants sell more efficiently on their site and with LLM’s and other agentic channels.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Office and be Responsible for the following:

· Merchant Acquisition Strategy: Help lead and execute the merchant acquisition strategy, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships with merchants and their key strategic partners within commerce and advertising

· Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling existing partners, and exploring new monetization strategies.

· Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain Firmly.Ai’s competitive edge.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment to quickly drive growth and optimize the customer experience.

· Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, KPIs, and metrics to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Thought Leadership: Represent Firmly.Ai at industry events, conferences, and with partners, positioning the company as a thought leader in the AI-driven commerce and advertising space.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 15+ years of experience in the commerce and/or advertising ecosystem, including a proven track record in merchant acquisition and partnership development.

· Industry Knowledge and Perspective: Deep knowledge of merchants e-commerce infrastructure and strategy. Come with a clear POV of the role agentic commerce should play within their short-term and long term strategy.

· Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to meet long-term and short-term business goals.

· Hunter Mentality: Strong experience in customer acquisition - building pipelines, managing complex negotiations, and closing large deals.

· Results-Oriented: Strong understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance indicators to drive accountability and success.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present at the C-suite level.

· Education: Bachelor's degree required;
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
