Director of Culinary - Full Time Hospitality - Dallas Texas , DC , FL, PA markets

Join FTK Hospitality DC as the Director of Culinary, a pivotal leader in our hospitality and entertainment group based in Dallas, Texas. This exciting role involves extensive travel to key locations including Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and Florida, where you will oversee large events, catering operations, and full-service casual restaurants. As part of a growing team, you will play an integral role in leading and mentoring culinary staff while ensuring exceptional dining experiences across our venues.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership: Lead and mentor culinary teams across various locations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Event Oversight: Oversee large-scale events and catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Restaurant Management: Manage daily operations of full-service casual restaurants, maintaining operational excellence.
Team Collaboration: Work hands-on in unit and event spaces to support and guide your team effectively.
Menu Development: Collaborate on creating innovative menu offerings that align with market trends and guest preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of event catering and full-service restaurant operations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
Availability for extensive travel to various locations.
