Content Marketing Associate

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Content marketing strategist to execute the planning development and creation of high-level B2B content marketing strategies. This role will require a strong understanding of content marketing best practices and staying abreast with industry trends and changes in the content marketing landscape including AI visibility this role you will execute the creation of diverse content initiatives such as B2B social media posts short and long form writing email marketing campaigns and apply SEO & GEO best practices to such content creation. This role will be client-facing where you will communicate your strategy plans with Fishman PR clients to provide them industry-leading guidance.

In this role you will work on several different client accounts all of which are focused on B2B strategies with the goal of promoting franchise development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy that supports our clients marketing objectives and business goals.
• Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into target audiences and industry trends.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across various platforms.
• Lead collaboration efforts with team members to produce integrated content.
• Implement SEO & GEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide strategic insights for optimization and growth.
• Manage the execution of deliverables including communication to clients publishing on social media CRM CMS/website updates etc.
• Define and track KPIs for social media email marketing website analytics AI visibility etc. to evaluate performance and guide strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• Significant experience in content marketing management with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.
• Deep knowledge of content marketing principles storytelling and maintaining brand consistency.
• Expert writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SEO & GEO and content optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content marketing tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop HubSpot FranConnect or similar platforms.
• Innovative thinker capable of generating new ideas and campaigns.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities with experience leading collaborative projects.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role offering direct feedback and strategic guidance is preferred.
• Prior experience in franchise industry is preferred not required
