Phlebotomy & Laboratory Support Technician

McLaren Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform specimen collection by phlebotomy from the correct patient at in-house or off-site locations. You will instruct patients, enter orders in HIS/LIS, and assist in other laboratory tasks as needed to support the department. The role includes processing specimens, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and providing QA/QC support.
