Responsibilities

• Greet every guest who walks onto our lot with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help them find the right vehicle.
• Listen to what our customers actually need, helping them compare models and understand the features that matter most to their daily lives.
• Take people out for test drives to show off the performance and technology of our latest Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Hyundai models.
• Stay up to date on vehicle specifications and inventory so you can answer questions with confidence and accuracy.
• Guide guests through the paperwork and purchasing process, making sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
• Maintain long-term relationships with your clients by checking in after their purchase to ensure they are enjoying their new ride.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Comfort using tablets, computers, and CRM software.
• Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
• Resilience and a genuine interest in learning about the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your own calendar and client follow-ups.
