Accounts Receivable Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 23.00 to $ 28.90 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, cash application, collections, account reconciliation, and customer account support. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash flow objectives, and driving continuous improvement within the accounts receivable function.

Accounts Receivable Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
