Lease Operator - Night Shift

Job Opportunity: Lease Operator (Night Shift)

Infinity Natural Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company in the Appalachian Basin, is looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious Lease Operator for a night shift position. This role involves working 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating schedule of:

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off

In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient performance of all production and midstream assets within your assigned area. This position is field-based out of our Pennsylvania locations, primarily in Indiana and Armstrong counties, with occasional travel to our headquarters in Morgantown, WV for meetings and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine operational checks on all sites within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Performing routine inspections and general site maintenance.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential equipment failures.
• Analyzing production-related problems and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Monitoring for spills and fluid leaks, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary.
• Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
• Submitting accurate and timely reports as required.
• Participating in on-call rotation, responding to alarms and upset conditions as necessary.

Your background should include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet all PHMSA and DOT criteria for safety-sensitive duties.
• Subject to mandatory verification of DOT drug, alcohol, and safety records for the preceding two-year period.
• Willingness and ability to work in various weather and well site conditions.
• Willingness and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
