Position Overview: Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Director of Client Services will oversee a growing Client Services team while ensuring an exceptional experience for enterprise-level clients. This leader will be responsible for developing people, improving processes, driving accountability, and serving as the primary advocate for clients across the organization. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Client Services team. Foster a culture centered around accountability, responsiveness, ownership, and continuous improvement. Ensure clients receive proactive communication and exceptional service throughout every engagement. Monitor key performance metrics, service levels, and operational performance to drive measurable results. Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and high-priority projects. Build long-term relationships with executive-level client contacts through regular business reviews and strategic communication. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience. Support organizational growth by developing scalable systems, people, and best practices. What We're Looking For: Proven experience leading client services, customer success, account management, operations, or project management teams. Demonstrated success developing and coaching leaders and high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
