Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-TimeWhitinsville, MA$55–$70/hour*Full-Time, PRN & Part-Time opportunities available We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services in a skilled nursing setting while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and pain managementCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomesMonitor progress and maintain accurate documentationCollaborative rehab team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing supportWork with both short-term rehab and long-term care residentsStable full-time schedule with supportive leadershipFocus on quality outcomes and resident-centered careMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k), PTO, and holiday payCEU reimbursement and growth opportunitiesActive Physical Therapist license requiredStrong communication and clinical reasoning skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not required
