Are you experienced in warehouse operations and looking for a contract opportunity? We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our team in Commerce City, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and processing materials within a warehouse setting. You will work with tools such as pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory, ensuring safety and productivity standards are maintained. Success in this position involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, accurately handling orders, and supporting team efforts to improve warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is a contract position with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Warehouse attire is required, including jeans, shirts, and closed-toe shoes only. Shorts or see-through blouses are not permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and scanning orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Breaking boxes for placement in bailers
• Unloading and loading incoming trailers using pallet jacks
• Handling materials up to 40 pounds
• Assisting in improving warehouse efficiency and safety
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following modern warehousing practices and methods
• Supporting team efforts to increase profitability and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Worker or Material Handler
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• GED or equivalent education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with warehouse practices and methods

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Pallet jack

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Tier 2 physical function up to 20 lbs
