Project Engineer

We're Hiring: Project Engineers (Concrete Construction)

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the center of project execution-partnering with operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on every job. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project setup, buyout, and cost tracking
• Monitoring job quantities, progress, and production performance
• Tracking materials, equipment, and manpower productivity
• Assisting with scheduling, sequencing, and cost reporting
• Managing invoices, change orders, and extra work tickets
• Coordinating with General Contractors, Owners, and internal teams
• Ensuring safety and quality compliance across all project activities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience & location)

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or Engineer recommended.
• Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
