Position Overview Relationship Manager II - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, based in Houston, TX. Job Description Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share. Work primarily with clients of moderate risk and complexity under moderate supervision. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services. Manage risk/return and drive quality for existing and new clients, actively mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks. Provide insights based on clients’ financial well‑being, focusing on client opportunities and increased engagement and loyalty. Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry ties, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones. Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients. Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and PNC’s internal credit policies.
