Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring several long-term temporary employees for a leading medical manufacturing company in the Irvine area. If you are looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment this could be the right opportunity for you.

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $21-$24 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary

FLSA Status: Non Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, there is mandatory overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and basic electrical inspections on components and finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Approve or reject products based on quality specifications.
• Accurately document inspection results and communicate any quality concerns.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
