We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, and behavioral crises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer therapy tailored to adults and children with diverse needs.
- Deliver crisis intervention and connect patients to community resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active LPC or LMSW licensure.
- 3+ years of experience working with the population served.
