At Castle Megastore, our Sales Supervisors do more than supervise-they motivate, coach, and inspire their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving outstanding sales results. What You'll Do:

Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service every day.
Coach and motivate your team to achieve sales goals through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
Create an engaging, positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Help train, develop, and support new and existing team members.
Monitor daily sales performance and celebrate wins while identifying coaching opportunities.
Assist with merchandising, inventory, store presentation, and daily operations to keep the store looking its best.
Support the Store Management in driving results, building morale, and maintaining a positive team culture.
