Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support receiving, tracking, and managing inventory and maintenance supplies. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory control, financial tracking, and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive building and maintenance supplies, as well as materials for other departments as needed

• Maintain and track company assets; keep asset lists updated

• Match invoices with shipping receipts for financial accuracy

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

• Manage parts and equipment inventory lists

• Maintain vendor and contractor documentation

• Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission

• Attend maintenance shift meetings

• Follow and uphold all company safety programs

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience with parts receiving and inventory control

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with EAM and Oracle systems preferred

• Knowledge of inventory cycle counting practices

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Understanding of SOX compliance is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
