Assistant Property Manager – Durham, NC 27701

Pay: $20/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM

Start Date: ASAP | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a professional and organized Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Durham, NC (27701) . This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and resident‑facing experience who can confidently support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.

• Assist with daily property operations and resident relations
• Support leasing functions, including tours, applications, and renewals
• Handle rent collection, notices, and basic accounting tasks
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain strong communication
• Maintain organized records, reports, and office documentation
• Assist the Property Manager with administrative and operational needs

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working in a resident‑facing role
• Ability to multitask and maintain a polished, positive demeanor
