Experience: Minimum two years of scrub experience or equivalent relevant experience required.

License: BLS - AHA required.

Certifications: CST or completed surgical technologist program may be considered in lieu of completion of program.

Must-Have:

• Experience with eye, ear, and plastic surgeries.
• Knowledge of surgical equipment and procedures.

Description:Day and evening shifts are available, working 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday.Shifts may include different hours during the orientation period.Call responsibilities may be required for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.The Surgical Technologist will prepare the Operating Room prior to surgery.The role involves promoting patient safety during surgery.Assistance to the surgeon during procedures is essential.Care for instruments and supplies used in surgery is a key responsibility.Knowledge and skills are required to effectively care for patients of all age groups.Experience in ENT, eye, and plastics surgeries such as vitrectomy, abdominoplasty, and cochlear implants is required.Familiarity with various surgical equipment and microscopes is necessary.The Surgical Technologist functions as a member of the surgical team to ensure the safety and care of the patient.
