About the Role

Some of the things you’ll work on include:

Primary point of contact for all member outreaches.

Manage essential administrative duties such as handling daily correspondence, phone calls, and membership communications with professionalism and efficiency. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership records within our customer relations management (CRM) system will be a key part of your role.

Prepare invoices for new and renewing members

Provide relevant information from membership data to support the association’s goals.

Maintain and updates Association Officers, Chapter Executive Council, President and Secretary lists, Committee Chairs

Respond promptly and courteously to member inquiries, you’ll direct questions to the right resources and collaborate with various departments and volunteer committees as needed.

Playing an important role in supporting the departments activities at the Annual Conference, including onsite assistance with voting booth, association booth, etc.

Additionally, you’ll maintain and review standard operating procedures to keep them accurate and up to date.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree preferred

Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience. Association experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications. Excellent organizational and customer relations skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and standard office equipment.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and to work independently
