Hiring an experienced Medical Assistant to work alongside our aesthetic injectors.  Must be organized, team-player, and work in a fast paced environment.  Prior medical spa experience is preferred.  Customer service is a must.  

The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, aesthetics, wellness, and creating an elevated experience from the moment a patent enters our practice. 

The Medical Assistant will support our providers with clinical procedures while helping ensure that each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide a warm polished experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for aesthetic and wellness procedures.
• Explain aesthetic procedures to the patients.
• Obtain and document relative patient information.
• Assit providers during treatment, ensuring comfort and ease to the patients.
• Take consistent high-quality before and after photographs.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock rooms.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Aesthetic Record.
• Assist with patient scheduling, followup, communication, and treatment coordination.
• Respond to patient questions and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Must be flexible and asset in the front desk duties as needed.
• Know skincare lines and be able to recommend skincare to patients according to the needs.
• Current CPR/BLS
• Must be able and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
