Executive Director, Enterprise Payments & Strategy

Charles Schwab is seeking a Managing Director, Payments Product & Strategy to lead the end‑to‑end enterprise payments ecosystem. Reporting to the COO of BTS, you will define multiyear strategy, own the move money product agenda, and guide product management and owners delivering secure, scalable rails across ACH, wires, checks, deposits, and real‑time payments.
