Account Manager

Job Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of print customers across multiple industries.
Serve as the primary point of contact from project kickoff through delivery.
Collaborate with estimating, production, and customer service teams to ensure project success.
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue.
Prepare quotes, manage timelines, and communicate project status.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
Minimum Education Required
Qualifications:
2+ years of account management, sales, or customer service experience in the print industry.
Knowledge of offset, digital, large-format, direct mail, or related print services preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
