Office Manager & Client Experience Coordinator for a financial services organization in Sioux Falls, SD.

Position Description

Step into a key leadership support role within a growing financial planning practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, creating organization from complexity, and improving systems and processes. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will serve as the operational heartbeat of our Sioux Falls location, helping advisors stay organized, clients feel welcomed, and team members work effectively together.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations & Organization: Coordinate daily office operations; create and improve workflows; identify inefficiencies; manage calendars and priorities; ensure tasks and deadlines remain visible. 
• Client Experience: Serve as Director of First Impressions; welcome clients; respond to inquiries; prepare meeting materials; follow-up and contact clients when necessary; when able resolve client issues; maintain confidentiality. 
• Team Support: Help advisors stay organized; communicate important information; support implementation of best practices; encourage accountability and consistency.

Financial services experience is helpful but not required.   Ability and willingness to obtain Series 7 license.
