Business Analyst- Risk Job location: Tampa, Florida 33610 Duration: 12 months Job Description: Business Analyst main purpose is to carry out analysis on implementations to Asset Servicing systems and processes as well as collect requirements from Operations, Product and Technology. BA will work as a part of global team with high visibility and sense of ownership. Candidates in this role will also help to coordinate and track deliverables between multiple stakeholders and projects within broader context of strategic program delivery. Responsibilities: Collecting requirements in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Preparation of appropriate documentation and artifacts (BRDs, User Stories, process flows). Working with technology operations and product colleagues to develop a robust, stable and scalable solutions Conducting independent analysis and process reengineering with operations teams. Assist the Project Manager with the co-ordination of release planning, execution and post implementation review Ensure all solutions are appropriately documented and communicated to impacted parties Participates in system testing, defect or bug detection and backlog management Maintains awareness of product changes and system enhancements Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of experience within Asset Servicing, preferable experience of Voluntary Corporate Actions English: fluent Experience in project-oriented environment Deals with most problems independently Preferable Agile or DevOps knowledge or experience Skills: Good command of MS Office environment is required Excellent communication and facilitation skills (acting as intermediary between stakeholders, hosting workshops etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr TriOptus
