Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-
• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Manager
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Working in Scrum teams and creating User Stories
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather complex business requirements.
• Analyze and document requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify efficiency improvements.
• Utilize advanced data modeling and analytics tools.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with advanced business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration and ERP initiatives, including Oracle ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
