Job Title: Hospice CNA | The Best Part of Someone's Day
Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus
Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff
Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation
Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

What You'll Do
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor comfort and report changes in condition to the hospice nurse.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
- Help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent whenever possible.
- Communicate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
- Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.
Who We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota CNA certification.
- Experience in hospice preferred, but home care, long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or oncology experience is also valued.
- Warm, dependable, and patient-centered.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
