As Client Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for the delivery of Healthcare services to a multi-facility Provider (Hospital) client. Your role will to be the primary point of contact for delivery of contracted Healthcare services to our Healthcare client. You will also own the finances and relationship with the Healthcare client while leading a hybrid, dedicated and leveraged team of Global Healthcare Technical professionals to support our Healthcare customer. This position reports to the Regional Client Delivery Director.Responsibilities:Accountable for the delivery of service commitments to customers for their account(s).Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.Responsible for building relationships with customer executives, identifying opportunities and growing the accountResponsible for profit goals and effectively manages LOB account P&L and forecasts.Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams working to maximize the customer experience.Manages delivery components of the Account P&L.Responsible for holding Customer Governance meetings and accountable for ensuring Crisis Management/Business Continuity Plans are developed and active.Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.Proactively identifies opportunities through account mining and contributes to business growthCollaborates with different internal service lines and departments to come up with innovative solutions and proposal for customer requirementsBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience10+ years related experience with 5+ years delivery/management experience in a matrix organization5+ years of experience with Healthcare domain experience, with thorough knowledge of industry best practices.Demonstrated capability to drive up profitability through optimization and productivity improvement initiativesExperience working in a global delivery offshore model5+ years in Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to lead others to achieve desired results, including:Ability to lead and motivate others to improve work processes by assessing individual performance and communicate assessments effectivelyAbility to lead large cross-functional teams (often Global in nature)Ability to establish goals and assist others to achieve goals and meet expectationsPreferencesMaster’s DegreeProject management experience spanning development projects and support teamsExperience with delivery components for account (P&L) Profit and Loss.
