The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for driving residential roofing sales by generating leads, consulting with clients, and closing contracts. This role operates as an individual contributor and involves local travel to meet clients and assess their roofing needs. Success is measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strong relationship management and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential residential clients
- Conduct client consultations to assess roofing needs
- Deliver sales presentations tailored to customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends
