Hybrid Community Health & Wellness Coordinator

IRCO is a Portland-based nonprofit serving immigrants, refugees, and diverse communities. The Community Health & Wellness Coordinator will supervise CHWs, PSSs and Birth Doulas across multiple sites, ensure trauma-informed services, maintain accurate records, and support Medicaid billing requirements. Hybrid schedule with 2 on-site and 3 remote days, and collaboration with sector managers and funders to implement and evaluate programs within Community Health & Wellness. #J-18808-Ljbffr IRCO
