Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $28+

Shift: 4th Shift: 6 am-6 pm (Sun, Fri, Sat)

What's the Job?

• Repair and maintain building systems, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen for irregular sounds to identify issues.
• Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts, ensuring proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Use welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

What's Needed?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to push up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
