About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's fundraising, alumni relations, and marketing efforts. This executive will work closely with the Board of Trustees, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive advancement strategies that support the institution's mission and goals. The role involves overseeing a team of professionals, setting and achieving ambitious fundraising targets, and fostering a culture of philanthropy and engagement within the community. Applicants for the Vice President for Advancement position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising and advancement, with experience in higher education or a related field. A deep understanding of donor relations, campaign planning, and execution is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader.
