Service Availability Lead

IDR is seeking a Service Availability Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves leading critical change management and incident management activities within a 24x7 NOC environment, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence in a high-tech setting.

Position Overview for the Service Availability Lead:

• Lead and coordinate Change Management activities, including CAB reviews, MOP validation, risk assessments, and change execution.
• Serve as the incident lead for critical operational incidents, managing communications and technical coordination.
• Manage assigned shifts within the 24x7 NOC, monitoring operational issues and driving resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to ensure operational stability and effective incident response.
• Support shift flexibility to accommodate PTO, leave, and operational needs.

Requirements for the Service Availability Lead:

• Experience in a NOC, Network Operations, IT Operations, or similar 24x7 environment.
• Hands-on incident management experience within a NOC/operations environment.
• Strong Change Management experience, with familiarity with CAB processes.
• Experience leading critical incidents and coordinating technical resources.
• Understanding of MOPs, change impact assessments, risk management, and rollback procedures.

Compensation Details: $55-60/hr W2
