Commissions Specialist
$22.75 per hourS. , CO
Our client seeks a Commissions Specialist to join their team. This is a temporary opportunity beginning August 17, 2026 through February 12, 2027. You will earn up to $22.75 per hour , depending on your experience. This position is on-site where you will work Monday-Friday, standard business hours. To qualify for the Commissions Specialist position, you must have: Associates degree in Accounting or 3-5 years of related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities is a plus Your responsibilities as a Commissions Specialist will include: Retrieving carrier commission statements Calculating commission overrides and bonus payments Reconciling commission statements to the general ledger Researching and resolving discrepancies Responding to agent and wholesaler inquiries Preparing payment requests Maintaining accurate commission records EOE City Urbandale State IA Job Type Full-Time Temporary Job Category Accounting/Finance, Administration/CSR #J-18808-Ljbffr
