Responsibilities Retrieve commission statements from carrier portals. Prepare commission files and calculate commission override and bonus payments. Reconcile commission statements with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies. Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from agents and business partners. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of payments. Collaborate with Accounting and internal teams to resolve reporting issues. Manage shared team inboxes and provide excellent customer support. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in commissions, accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services, insurance, or annuity industry. Experience reconciling financial data and working with commission statements.
