Sr. Product Manager - CRM

We're looking for a part-time Senior Product Manager, CRM to join Snap Inc!

What you'll do:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Snap's Salesforce platform and connected tools across Sales, Small & Medium Customers, Business Operations, and Support.
• Partner with end users, business owners, and engineering to translate workflows and pain points into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead UAT and business sign-off.
• Define an AI-forward direction for CRM, applying agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight and the right privacy and security guardrails.
• Own business-impact metrics (adoption, productivity, data quality) and drive launch readiness, training, and post-launch measurement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and connected tools, including capabilities, limitations, integrations, and data flows.
• Technically fluent enough to evaluate trade-offs with engineering; coding is not required.
• Skilled at prioritizing across competing stakeholders and operating autonomously on a part-time schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning CRM, sales, or support tooling products.
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce-based solutions with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising technology or a globally operating consumer tech company.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-driven automation into CRM, sales, or support workflows.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification, or equivalent configuration experience.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and privacy/security review processes for CRM systems.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :

The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.

Zone B :

The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.

Zone C :

The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
