You don't need funding experience. You need two years on the phone and something to prove.

Goldman & Co. is a national private capital firm. We fund small businesses across the country — restaurants, contractors, trucking companies, medical practices — and we're hiring Funding Specialists for our Q3 class.

What we actually give you:

• Scripts, rebuttal guides, and live call coaching from managers who still close
• Uncapped commission. Realistic first-year target for producers: $145,000–$158,000

Who does well here:

• 2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, collections, or high-volume customer contact
• Comfortable running 360–480 dials a day and holding a conversation with a business owner
• Coachable — you'll be corrected often in your first 30 days, and the people who take it well are the ones on the leaderboard by month three

Financial services background is a plus, not a requirement. We'd rather teach the product to someone who can already sell.
