Physical Therapist Duties: Provides, directs, and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best patient outcomes. Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants. Develops treatment plans and provides treatments consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels. Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc. Physical Therapist Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Licensed as required by State. CPR certification.
