Join The Inbound Lead Division At Nova Estates
Nova Estates is hiring Realtors for the Kpachavi Team’s inbound lead division across Southern California.
This role is designed for agents who want access to inbound opportunities, strong training, seller lead potential, and the support of a growing real estate organization.
The team currently includes 60–70 agents, with 38 agents already operating on the Zillow team.
The Opportunity:Nova Estates works with major lead sources, including:
- Zillow Preferred
- Realtor.com
- Veterans United
The team also has a strong volume of seller leads. Agents who show consistency, follow the system, and produce can earn their way into more seller opportunities.
This is a strong fit for agents who want more conversations, more structure, and more support around conversion.
What Makes This Different:Inbound leads are not magic. They only matter if the agent has speed, follow-up discipline, sales skill, and a system behind them.
