I'm hiring a Marketing Manager to build a tattoo supply brand's marketing from the ground up. Riviera Beach, FL. New grads with a marketing degree and serious social media skills, this one's for you.

XACT Body Art makes tattoo cartridges, needles and studio supplies. Working artists who try the product stay with it. What we haven't built yet is the marketing to match. This role owns it, reporting directly to me, with real authority over the brand and the channels.

What you'll own:

→ Social media strategy and daily content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Short-form video is the heart of this job.

→ Brand voice and visual identity across every channel

→ Product launches, starting with our needle-on-bar line

→ Pro Team and artist partnerships, including affiliates

→ Email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)

→ Paid social, learning to run it against real sales numbers

→ Convention and trade show marketing, 4 to 8 events a year

→ E-commerce marketing on our Shopify store

→ Revenue growth. You'll partner with wholesale and studio accounts and earn commission on what you grow.

Who I'm looking for:

→ A marketing degree, or equivalent, and a portfolio that proves you can create

→ Genuinely great at social. You've grown an account, a brand's or your own, and can show the numbers.

→ Hands-on with short-form video: shoot, edit, caption, post, repeat

→ Curious about the numbers behind the content: reach, engagement, conversion

→ Credible in tattoo culture, or able to earn it fast. Artists can tell.

→ Ambitious. You want to own a brand's marketing at 24, not at 34.

The details:

→ Full-time, in office, Riviera Beach (West Palm Beach area)

→ $55K to $70K base + uncapped commission + spiff on XACT product

→ Convention travel paid, product allowance, health stipend, PTO
