On-Site HR Coordinator: Data-Driven Onboarding & Support

Rogue is seeking an HR Coordinator at our Columbus, OH location. This full-time, on-site role supports high-volume interviewing, onboarding, employee relations and timecard auditing for a large hourly workforce. Occasional travel to nearby facilities required; remote work is not available. The candidate will handle HRIS data entry, maintain confidential records, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, while upholding Rogue’s confidentiality standards and HR policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr your Jared
