Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Scottsdale, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE Pay: $22.63/hour if Spanish Bilingual Schedule: Must be fully available for a shift between 6am10pm, including at least one weekend day per week - Training 10am- 7pm CST Employment Type: Long-term temporary Start Date: September 14th ROLE IMPACT The Customer Service Representative helps customers in real time through phone calls, emails and chats, providing quick and accurate answers about their accounts. This role ensures a smooth and positive experience by resolving customer questions efficiently and clearly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer inquiries regarding online accounts Use internal systems to research customer issues and process updates or changes Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all written communication Assist with email responses and phone support MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be bilingual in Spanish and English 2+ years of experience in a call center role Strong written communication and reading comprehension skills High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently Commitment to long-term engagement in the role Live chat and messaging platforms Microsoft Outlook / Office Suite CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar) Experience with event ticketing systems or e-commerce platforms Familiarity with remote customer support tools and workflows Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
