Experienced Loan Officers in Consumer Direct will manage client relationships and loan applications, working full-time in various locations while focusing on achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of loan applications from initial contact through closing Provide guidance to clients on loan products and processes to ensure a smooth experience Achieve sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships Required qualifications Proven experience as a loan officer or in a similar financial role Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and mortgage processes Valid state mortgage loan originator license Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in loan processing Virtual Vocations Inc
