Why This Role Stands Out Competitive hourly pay Monthly & quarterly bonuses 120 hours PTO (years 0–4) | 160 hours after year 5 Paid holidays 401(k) with strong company match Company-paid life insurance Stable ownership & supportive team culture Growth opportunities within multifamily housing Key Responsibilities Oversee daily apartment maintenance operations Perform hands-on repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests Maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendors Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience EPA Type II or Universal certification (required) HVAC troubleshooting experience Ability to participate in an on-call schedule Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25 lbs High School Diploma or GED Ready to Take the Next Step?
