Maintenance SupervisorBrookside is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in the Nashville market. This is a hands-on leadership position for a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience, EPA certification, and apartment maintenance supervisory experience.If you enjoy leading a team, solving maintenance issues, keeping a property in top condition, and delivering excellent service to residents, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoLead and oversee all onsite maintenance operationsSupervise and support the maintenance teamPrioritize and complete resident service requests and maintenance repairsCoordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goalsPerform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeepDiagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systemsCoordinate and manage outside contractors and vendorsMaintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained propertyEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulationsParticipate in an emergency on-call rotation as neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience requiredEPA Certification requiredStrong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experienceExperience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenanceProven ability to lead a maintenance team and prioritize multiple projectsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsDependable, professional, and committed to quality serviceWhy Brookside?Competitive salaryPerformance-based incentive opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysEmployer-sponsored life insurance401(k) with company contributionApartment discountCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesReady to take the next step in your maintenance career?
