REPORTS TO : School Nutrition Manager

PURPOSE : Fill in when a school nutrition assistant is absent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Substitute school nutrition assistant perform the management processes for sn assistant who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include food preparation and maintaining kitchen and serving area cleanliness. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.
