Fiber Splicer: Outdoor Builds & OTDR Troubleshooting

Rhino Cable Services, Inc.

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks in outdoor utility environments. You will test, troubleshoot, and deploy splice enclosures using fusion splicers and OTDR equipment, interpreting drawings and maintaining high quality standards. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fiber splicing, enjoy hands-on teamwork, and are comfortable with ladders or bucket trucks.
