Our team is mission focused and builds the tools that help customers create sustainable saving habits and spend visibility and confidence. This role will lead the strategy for the bank ledger, giving customers the visibility behind every transaction and dollar in their account. This is one of the most visited and high traffic areas of a customer account and is at the epicenter of the banking experience. Every product we build depends on the ledger being accurate and fast. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product ManagementPhiladelphia, PA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementWilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
