About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to take on a pivotal role in defining and driving the market presence of its secure communications platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing, including go-to-market strategies for product releases, crafting compelling messaging for a diverse set of technical and business buyers, and building sales and partner enablement content. This hands-on, individual-contributor position demands a self-starter with a strong background in B2B or enterprise software product marketing, particularly in early-stage and growth-stage environments. The role requires the ability to translate technical product features into clear and impactful messaging, as well as the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Applicants for the Head of Product Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successful product launches and market performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner teams, and possess the skills to influence business decisions. Strong writing abilities and the capacity to understand and communicate technical concepts are essential. While not mandatory, experience in security, government, defense, or related sectors is a significant advantage. The role also requires a candidate with a passion for the mission, a proactive and ownership-driven approach, and a commitment to fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
