My client is hiring a Technical Product Owner to work a hybrid schedule. This TPO will join a front end engineering team that consists of Mobile and Web Developers. The client is moving their old CMS (AEM) to a new one called Payload. They are also migrating all mobile platforms (iOS, android) from native to React Native and using context engineering (AI) to build the experience from UX comps in Figma. The client runs a scaled agile environment and needs someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced, enterprise level environment. This team oversees a lot of the client's customer loyalty applications, coupons/perks, digital wallet, etc. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: You'll work closely with business, engineering, and UX/UI teams to coordinate and communicate product initiatives and feature requirements.
• Product Strategy: You are responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog, turning high-level business needs into detailed, actionable user stories for development teams.
• Feature Delivery: You'll ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products, working with engineering, QA, and release managers to guide features from discovery through to launch.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a TPO – leading launch of high-impact digital solutions
• Experience ensuring both platform stability and an exceptional user experience.
• Proficient in GitHub, utilizing the platform to maintain clear documentation, manage issue queues, and ensure transparent visibility throughout the development lifecycle.
• Strong experience within Azure DevOps and cloud-native architectures
  • Specific experience in context-engineering-driven projects to enhance AI integration and developer workflows.
• Strong leadership/communication translating intricate technical challenges into clear, actionable business insights
• Skilled at bridging the gap between engineering teams and business partners
• Experience defining the vision for a team’s product/creating product road map
• Strong experience interacting with development and software engineering teams

Plusses:

• Certifications: Scaled Agile: SAFe® Agilist. Or Agile Frameworks: CSM, A-CSM, or Kanban Management Professional (KMP I/II).
