Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time assignment runs from March 22, 2027, through May 21, 2027, and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners at two dynamic elementary campuses.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or in-progress CDE license (no SLPA applications accepted)
- Minimum of one year of classroom-based SLP experience
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Expertise in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to provide copy of CDE license or COOL with resume for consideration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for students at both Columbine and University Hill Elementary Schools
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and track student progress
- Engage with teachers and families to support students’ communication goals in the classroom setting
- Participate onsite for all scheduled campus hours; remote service is not available for this role
